Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Portuguese – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, annotate, and test AI-generated outputs for grammatical precision, naturalness, and cultural relevance.

• Serve as the main quality assurance checkpoint during production to pinpoint and rectify subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions.

• Assess quality trends in tasks and create educational materials and feedback documentation.

• Deliver native-level Portuguese language vetting during project expansion.

• Provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

• Work independently to deliver linguistic quality assurance and develop alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or related fields that demand high attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, relevant experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed Portuguese language proficiency at C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational resources.

• Detail-oriented approach to language with the ability to identify and rectify subtle unnatural phrasing in Portuguese.
