Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Macedonian – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Work independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Examine, annotate, and evaluate AI outputs for grammatical correctness, fluency, and strict adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as the primary quality assurance checkpoint during production, proactively spotting and rectifying subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward phrasing in the Macedonian language.

• Assess quality trends of tasks and independently create educational materials and feedback documentation.

• Offer native-level language vetting during project expansion and provide specialized linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic experience in linguistics, education, or other disciplines necessitating a strong focus on linguistic precision.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in the Macedonian language at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to confidently convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational resources.

• A detail-oriented approach to language, with the keen ability to detect and amend even the slightest unnatural phrasing in their native language.
