Language Alignment & Resource Partner – Khmer, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, annotate, and test AI-generated content for grammatical precision, fluency, and adherence to cultural context.

• Serve as a key quality assurance checkpoint during production to detect and rectify subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward phrasing in Khmer.

• Examine quality trends in tasks and create educational resources and feedback documentation.

• Provide native-level language evaluation during project scaling efforts.

• Deliver specialized linguistic consultation during the production process.

• Work independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or academic background in linguistics, education, or similar fields that demand a keen attention to linguistic detail.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation tasks.

• Confirmed Khmer language proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to convert raw feedback and quality trends into well-structured, actionable educational materials.

• Attentive approach to language with the ability to spot and amend subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.

• Contractors must provide a secure computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.
