Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Italian – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Assess, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for grammatical precision, fluency, and adherence to cultural contexts.

• Serve as the main quality assurance checkpoint during production, pinpointing and rectifying nuanced cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Italian.

• Examine quality trends and create educational materials and feedback documentation.

• Deliver native-level linguistic vetting as projects scale.

• Provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

• Work independently to ensure linguistic quality assurance and develop alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in linguistics, education, or related fields that demand a keen eye for linguistic details.

• Prior hands-on experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed Italian language proficiency at the C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to convert raw feedback and quality insights into structured, actionable educational resources.

• Detail-oriented approach to language with the skill to identify and amend subtle unnatural phrasing in native Italian.

• Native-level proficiency in the Italian language.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Engagement as an independent contractor or freelancer.
