Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Gujarati – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Work independently to conduct linguistic quality assurance and create alignment resources.

• Evaluate, annotate, and test AI-generated outputs for grammatical correctness, fluency, and adherence to cultural nuances.

• Serve as a key quality assurance checkpoint during production, actively identifying and rectifying subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in the Gujarati language.

• Assess quality trends of tasks and independently create educational materials and feedback documentation to enhance alignment between AI outputs and campaign standards.

• Offer native-level language evaluation during project scaling and provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience or education in linguistics, education, or related fields that demand a keen eye for linguistic precision.

• Previous, practical experience in human data assessment or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in the Gujarati language at the C1 or C2 level.

• The capability to effectively convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational materials.

• A thorough and careful approach to language, with the discernment necessary to detect and amend even the most subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.
