Language Alignment & Resource Partner, French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, annotate, and assess AI outputs for grammatical precision, fluency, and cultural relevance.

• Conduct primary quality assessments during production, pinpointing and rectifying subtle cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions.

• Examine quality trends and proactively create educational materials and feedback documentation.

• Offer native-level language evaluation during project expansion.

• Provide expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

• Work independently to ensure linguistic quality assurance and develop alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven work or educational background in linguistics, education, or other disciplines that demand a keen attention to linguistic detail.

• Prior, hands-on experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in French at the C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to convert raw feedback and quality patterns into organized, actionable educational materials.

• Thorough approach to language and the ability to identify and amend subtle unnatural phrasing in French.

• Native-level proficiency in French for language evaluation and quality assurance.

• Engagement as an independent contractor or freelancer.
