Language Alignment & Resource Partner, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Review, annotate, and assess AI-generated outputs for grammatical correctness, fluency, and cultural relevance.

• Serve as the main quality assurance check during production to spot and rectify nuanced cultural inaccuracies or awkward expressions in Lao.

• Evaluate quality trends in tasks and create educational materials and feedback documentation.

• Provide native-level language evaluation during project expansion.

• Deliver expert linguistic advice throughout the production process.

• Function independently in conducting linguistic quality assurance and creating alignment resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in linguistics, education, or other disciplines that demand a keen attention to linguistic precision.

• Previous, concrete experience in human data evaluation or annotation.

• Confirmed proficiency in the Lao language at the C1 or C2 level.

• Capability to convert raw feedback and quality trends into organized, actionable educational resources.

• Detail-oriented approach to language with the ability to recognize and amend subtle unnatural phrasing in their native language.

• Native-level proficiency in the Lao language.
