Landscape Quoting, Social Media Co-ordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Draft quotes for fencing and retaining wall projects using the company's established pricing formula.

• Review job specifications and ensure all necessary quote information is captured.

• Identify missing or ambiguous details and follow up prior to quote preparation.

• Accurately input quote data into GoHighLevel.

• Monitor quotes and follow up with clients as instructed.

• Refer unusual jobs, unclear pricing, or exceptions to management.

• Assist in the planning and creation of social media content.

• Generate or coordinate posts showcasing completed projects, progress images, and business updates.

• Compose captions and organize content for release.

• Ensure a consistent and professional appearance across social media channels.

• Support responses to social media inquiries and direct potential leads to the appropriate contacts.

• Keep accurate records of contacts, leads, and opportunities in GoHighLevel.

• Manage pipelines and update the status of inquiries and jobs.

• Oversee new inquiries and guarantee they are assigned or followed up on correctly.

• Establish and maintain follow-up tasks, reminders, and communications.

• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in CRM workflows and suggest enhancements.

• Resolve routine issues and ensure the system remains organized and current.

• Extensive hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

• Proven experience in maintaining CRM records, pipelines, and follow-up procedures.

• Capability to learn and effectively apply a company-specific quoting formula.

• Strong attention to detail and confidence in handling customer and job information.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to addressing missing details.

• Ability to independently manage tasks and promptly escalate issues.

• Prior experience in landscaping, fencing, or retaining wall sectors is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Australian fencing and retaining wall projects, terminology, or customer expectations is a plus.

• Experience in preparing or supporting quotes for trade or construction projects is highly advantageous.

• Experience in social media content or marketing for a trade or home-services sector is highly preferred.

• Strong proficiency with GoHighLevel is a must.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets and document management tools.

• Awareness of social media platforms and content creation tools.
