This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution of ALTA surveys, zoning, and commercial real estate due diligence projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Establish and manage projects within internal project management systems.
• Review, organize, and disseminate client-provided materials and project specifications.
• Coordinate schedules among clients, property contacts, survey vendors, municipalities, and field staff.
• Acquire vendor pricing, availability, and turnaround times; manage vendor assignments and onboarding processes.
• Research and gather property, survey, zoning, and municipal data.
• Communicate with municipal departments to obtain necessary records, requirements, and project-related information.
• Monitor project status, outstanding information, scheduling conflicts, proposals, and deliverables.
• Relay revisions and follow-up items to vendors and internal teams.
• Receive, organize, and distribute survey and zoning deliverables for technical evaluation.
• Prepare and present non-technical client deliverables and project documentation, including reports, summaries, reliance letters, and other essential materials.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of project, client, vendor, and contact information across company systems.
• Identify delays, missing information, or project challenges and escalate significant issues to the Senior Project Coordinator or Project Manager.
• Provide prompt client communication and follow-up regarding proposals, awarded projects, outstanding information, and final deliverables.
• Maintain organized project records and ensure that required documentation is uploaded and readily accessible.
• Contribute to process enhancements and technology initiatives that improve project efficiency and client service.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, surveying, commercial real estate, construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• High school diploma or GED is required; college coursework or degree is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients, vendors, municipalities, and internal teams.
• Ability to read and comprehend project documents, municipal requirements, and technical details.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to spot missing or inconsistent information.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while ensuring consistent communication with the project team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based project management systems; ability to quickly adapt to new software and internal platforms.
• Experience with ALTA surveys, zoning, commercial real estate due diligence, land surveying, construction, or engineering is advantageous.
