Laboratory Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Prepare suitable test samples to validate the proposed technology.

• Conduct laboratory trials and tests within the Technical Service Department in accordance with applicable standards.

• Generate reports and analyses following tests in either Polish or English.

• Maintain documentation of the tests conducted and provide regular updates to the supervisor.

• Create product application instructions for customers.

• Translate product information sheets, technical brochures, and technical data sheets from English to Polish.

• Operate equipment utilized within the Technical Service Department.

• Collaborate with the Technical Service team on ongoing tests, projects, and daily tasks.

• Enhance professional skills through selected internal and external training programs.

• Manage documentation within the Industry Department.

• Maintain order and take care of assigned laboratory and testing equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum secondary education is required; technical or chemical education is preferred.

• Good command of English to work with technical documentation and prepare reports.

• Proficiency in computer use, including the MS Office suite.

• Reliability, accuracy, accountability for responsibilities, and a well-organized work approach.

• Good manual dexterity.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team.

• Openness to new challenges and a willingness to continuously develop professional qualifications.

• A valid Category B driving license is a plus.
