Labor Management Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of programs by crafting detailed program plans, offering operational support through tools and processes, and assessing outcomes within the Labor Management portfolio.

• Collaborate with leadership to convert enterprise goals into practical project scopes, timelines, technical specifications, and cross-functional initiatives.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with senior executives, project teams, partners, and vendors.

• Promote alignment across functions and convey priorities effectively.

• Monitor project advancement and identify as well as address technical, operational, and scheduling risks.

• Formulate contingency plans and deliver regular status updates.

• Create, evaluate, and present executive-level deliverables.

• Offer focused administrative assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of combined experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of combined experience OR 7 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• 3 years of preferred leadership or management experience.

• Remote work with an average of 35% travel required.
