This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collect and oversee timesheets on a daily basis, ensuring that vendors receive the necessary timesheets and approvals for services provided.
β’ Fulfill temporary labor requests and order requests daily by collaborating with suitable vendor partners based on skill set, geographic location, and budgetary limits.
β’ Identify and assign qualified temporary, contract, and project-based personnel to meet the diverse expectations of clients.
β’ Support staffing for large project rollouts, ensuring that project specifications, budget rates, and timelines are adhered to.
β’ Assist in the creation and management of reports and graphical representations.
β’ Maintain Excel trackers to monitor all labor demands effectively.
β’ Aid in the processing of third-party labor invoices.
β’ Potentially assist with secondary vetting in collaboration with Outsourced Recruiting Partners.
β’ Foster positive relationships with company management teams.
β’ Establish and maintain trustful and constructive relationships with vendors.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent is required.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in third-party staffing is preferred, though other relevant staffing experience may be considered.
β’ Proficient in Excel, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas, merging Excel sheets and data, and graph creation.
β’ Ability to navigate multiple platforms, trackers, and systems efficiently.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Capacity to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to work under pressure, adapt to sudden schedule changes, and resolve workforce conflicts in a calm and efficient manner.
β’ Flexibility to manage high-volume staffing surges during peak seasons or unexpected fluctuations in temporary, contract, or project needs.
β’ Team-oriented approach.
β’ Availability for either a 10 amβ6 pm or 11 amβ7 pm shift based on Eastern Standard Time.
β’ Must be available to work every other weekend, depending on peak seasons and workflow requirements.
β’ Ability to participate in virtual calls that require camera visibility.
β’ Capability to regularly sit, talk, and/or hear.
β’ Ability to occasionally lift and carry items up to 10 lbs.
β’ Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills.
