Label Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily interactions with key label partners in The Philippines, serving as the main external contact for the label while representing their interests internally.

• Organize, manage, and supervise label and release presentations.

• Coordinate priority release campaign logistics from the initial stages to analysis, collaborating with other internal departments as required.

• Ensure that the Global Sales Strategy and Marketing teams have all necessary assets and resources to effectively solicit and market priority releases while providing suitable support in the region.

• Collaborate with sales strategy, marketing, video, operations, insights & analytics, finance, and legal to fulfill the business needs of label partners.

• Oversee the logistics and operations of assigned labels' digital products.

• Promote the adoption of Virgin Music Group’s technology platforms and services among the client base.

• Deliver account and industry insights and updates to Virgin Music Group and label partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a label, distribution, DSP, or management company collaborating with labels, managers, and artists.

• An organized project manager capable of adapting to the unique needs of labels and artists.

• A strong enthusiasm for music discovery and a genuine appreciation for independent music.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a creative and resourceful approach to achieving goals.

• Familiarity with leading digital music services, social media platforms, and best practices in digital music.

• Background in digital marketing is advantageous.

• Experience with both digital and physical retail distribution is a plus.

• Proficient English skills are highly desirable.
