Kurdish (Sorani) Language Expert – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Engage with the AI model in Sorani Kurdish across various subjects.

• Ensure linguistic precision and cultural significance.

• Record reproducible error patterns.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Assist in training the AI to accurately reflect Sorani Kurdish vocabulary, dialects, grammar, idiomatic phrases, and cultural context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Kurdish (Sorani) language.

• In-depth knowledge of phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial phrases, and cultural references.

• Capability to evaluate contextual interpretation, dialectal differences, semantic precision, and cultural subtleties.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills (“demonstrating your thought process”).

• A Master’s degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant professional experience in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community engagement is a plus.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet is required.
