Kurdish Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Engage in conversations with the model in Kurmanji Kurdish on a diverse array of subjects

• Ensure linguistic precision and cultural significance

• Record reproducible error instances

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Test advanced language models on contextual understanding, dialectal variations, semantic correctness, and cultural subtleties

• Document instances of model failure to strengthen model reasoning

⛳️ Requirements

• Specialist in Kurdish (Kurmanji) language with knowledge in phonetics, morphology, syntax, regional dialects, colloquial phrases, and cultural allusions

• Capacity to test advanced language models on contextual comprehension, dialectal differences, semantic accuracy, and cultural nuances

• Skill in documenting all failure modes and recording reproducible error instances

• Ability to suggest enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

• Clear and reflective communication style (“showing your work”)

• A degree in Linguistics, Middle Eastern Studies, Translation, or a related discipline is preferable

• Professional background in teaching, translation, language documentation, or community engagement is a plus

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection

• Reside in Turkey or have a remote location worldwide
