This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Accurately convey all messages in their entirety, without adding, omitting, or substituting any information.

• Deliver exemplary customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Report and communicate with your team leader regularly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical specifications for your computer: a wired internet connection (minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps; no Wi-Fi).

• Operating system must be at least Windows 10.

• Computers should have a dual-core, 2 GHz processor (Intel Core i5 or better).

• A minimum of 8 GB of RAM is required.

• Utilize a noise-cancelling, wired headset equipped with a built-in microphone.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarity with industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare and medical) is essential.
