Kundenberater Sales – Vodafone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound first-level support for existing customers.

• Conduct technical assistance for TV, telephone, and internet issues.

• Identify customer needs and sales opportunities.

• Offer tailored product advice and contract optimizations in every customer interaction.

• Present suitable Vodafone products with a strong sales focus persuasively.

• Collaborate within the Vodafone service and sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent and articulate German language skills.

• Proficient computer skills.

• Ability to address manageable technical topics.

• Strong service orientation and sales talent.

• Charisma, persuasiveness, and empathy.

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center, ideally in technical service within the telecommunications sector, or at least 1 year of sales experience.

• Reliability and self-motivation while working from home.

• Residency in Germany.

• Willingness to reliably cover the specified working hours.

• Availability for 40 hours per week over a 5-day work schedule with shift work.
