SAP Industry Solution Advisor – all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Recognize the business and process challenges faced by customers in discrete manufacturing.

• Develop appropriate SAP solution strategies.

• Engage in discussions with business and IT decision-makers.

• Convert requirements into persuasive SAP solution visions.

• Create presales narratives, presentations, and solution scenarios in collaboration with consulting teams.

• Organize customer meetings, workshops, and proposal stages.

• Assist clients in the Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, and Defense industries.

• Showcase how SAP S/4HANA and digital technologies enhance production and supply chain operations.

• Assume responsibility in intricate sales and transformation scenarios.

• Provide insights related to the market, industry, and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and the demands of manufacturing firms.

• Experience in at least one primary industry: Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, or Defense.

• Strong SAP expertise acquired through consulting or experience in an industrial organization.

• Background in transformation projects.

• Knowledge of the connections between production, supply chain, digitalization, and SAP S/4HANA.

• Ideally, experience as a project manager, subproject manager, or stream lead.

• Capability to organize complex requirements and translate them into clear solution scenarios.

• Confidently communicate intricate topics in both German and English.

• Openness to fostering respectful collaboration, fairness, and open dialogue.
