This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more states.
• Oversee the maintenance of the company's Knowledge Base by routinely reviewing and updating policy and procedural documentation.
• Publish and manage documentation on SharePoint to ensure usability and accessibility.
• Ensure proper document categorization, tagging, and version control.
• Research and implement tools aimed at enhancing documentation efficiency and engagement.
• Create, update, and sustain formal policy documents and standard operating procedures.
• Initiate conversations about documentation to gather necessary information promptly.
• Conduct regular reviews to confirm documentation accuracy, relevance, and completeness.
• Convert operational workflows into clear and structured documentation.
• Independently generate high-quality knowledge assets that require minimal quality assurance revisions.
• Capture both explicit and tacit knowledge from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with the Process Analysis Team to document new or updated processes.
• Consistently apply templates, standards, and formatting guidelines.
• Assist with the training and onboarding documentation requirements.
• Collect feedback and continuously enhance the quality and usability of documentation.
• Utilize AI tools for drafting, editing, synthesizing, and standardizing content, verified by human oversight.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through SharePoint in partnership with UX team members.
• Excellent writing and information organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• Experience in maintaining documentation within a shared system or repository.
• Proactive in communication and follow-up.
• Ability to interpret and document complex processes.
• Knowledge of version control and document governance.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, or procedural documentation.
• At least 2 years' experience working with knowledge management systems, ideally SharePoint or a similar repository.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Knowledge Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
• Familiar with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams.
• Skilled in Microsoft Visio.
• Knowledge of Workday.
• Proficient in Zendesk.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing and research tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar.
• Requirements for English and Spanish language proficiency.
