📋 Description

• Define the methods for capturing, disseminating, and utilizing legal knowledge within the English Real Estate practice.

• Assist lawyers in providing outstanding service on intricate and high-stakes real estate transactions.

• Collaborate closely with partners, fee earners, and fellow Knowledge & Development Lawyers within the English Real Estate team.

• Facilitate training sessions for team members.

• Keep lawyers updated on essential legal and market trends.

• Offer guidance on intricate inquiries.

• Develop and sustain practical knowledge resources.

• Encourage the sharing of knowledge among team members.

• Investigate new technologies to enhance client services and maintain a competitive edge in the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned English commercial real estate lawyer.

• Minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience.

• Exceptional knowledge of a wide array of English commercial real estate law.

• Strong comprehension of legal practices and client perspectives.

• Highly organized and proactive in approach.

• Capable of working independently.

• Ability to spearhead initiatives and welcome change and improvements.

• Skillful in building robust relationships within the team.

• Engaging communicator, confident in presenting to groups.
