Key Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging existing Key Accounts and establishing new Key Accounts.

• Drive market demand and acceptance by targeting and acquiring new accounts, boosting sales to current accounts, expanding account bases, and engaging directly with key accounts in each market.

• Analyze customer and sales trends to identify when adjustments to go-to-market strategies are necessary.

• Actively participate in the wine community through frequent and positive networking with industry peers and key accounts.

• Collaborate with the Key Accounts Director to create and execute tailored market strategies.

• Suggest and implement strategies based on analysis to strengthen brand equity.

• Provide support for in-market events and tastings aimed at consumers and trade professionals.

• Manage RFP opportunities for regional accounts.

• Adhere to company guidelines, expectations, goals, and mission.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• At least 5 years of sales experience in the wine industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning capabilities.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Reliable vehicle necessary.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Proof of state car registration and insurance is mandatory.

• Clean driving record essential.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
