Key Accounts Contract Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal clients, offering insights on the entire service cycle from sales to service delivery.

• Engage with internal sales and service teams to fulfill requests.

• Facilitate communication between Key Accounts and local Trane sales offices, including franchise locations.

• Maintain essential documentation to address customer inquiries promptly.

• Ensure internal process documents are current and aligned with external changes.

• Optimize processes and documentation for efficiency.

• Meet team performance metrics and provide reporting at the account level.

• Support Salesforce CRM and coordinate with internal experts to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Potentially assist with outside sales processes by delivering opportunity-related insights, market intelligence, and maintaining current customer contacts.

• Potentially engage in special projects that involve complex agreements, external coordination, and the development of service organization processes/tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR a degree in a related discipline.

• Outstanding customer service abilities.

• Experience in high-pressure environments.

• Capability to operate outside conventional processes.

• Proficiency in multi-tasking.

• Ability to maintain focus and complete assignments within set guidelines.

• Knowledge of the service cycle and associated metrics.
