This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Achieve sales objectives for the Immunology portfolio by driving market share expansion and other critical metrics within the designated region.
• Implement franchise and corporate brand strategies and tactics within targeted customer segments.
• Influence healthcare decision-makers and key opinion leaders through clinical knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Develop and present tailored sales messages utilizing accurate clinical data and approved medical literature.
• Engage in discussions regarding therapeutic approaches with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Implement local marketing initiatives while leveraging company resources effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare provider systems.
• Secure access to and promote products within targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology academic institutions, hospitals, and clinics.
• Establish enduring business relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate academic sales strategies aimed at maximizing sales.
• Design, execute, and assess institutional strategies and business plans.
• Oversee administrative tasks, including reporting, expense tracking, communication, representation at scientific conventions, and educational programs.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
• At least eight (8) years of proven experience in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in specialty sales is necessary.
• A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States is required.
• Willingness to travel, which may include weekends and/or overnight stays.
• Proven ability to drive product access, acceptance, and utilization within targeted academic accounts.
• Understanding of the process flow for intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous products.
• Capability to create, implement, and assess strategies for Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions.
• Skills to collaborate across the marketplace, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in maintaining call reporting, safe driving practices, expense tracking, effective written and verbal communication, and representing the company.
• Preferred knowledge of reimbursement processes, payer, provider, and infusion operations.
• Preferred understanding of immunology and/or gastroenterology.
• Preferred experience handling complex reimbursement challenges.
• Willingness to learn about AI and emerging technologies.
• Commission-based sales role.
