This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Achieve sales objectives for the Immunology portfolio by driving growth in market share and other essential metrics within the designated territory.
• Implement franchise and corporate brand strategies and initiatives targeting physicians, hospital and clinic specialists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Influence healthcare decision-makers through clinical knowledge, business acumen, effective sales techniques, tailored sales messages, approved medical literature, and therapeutic discussions.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare provider systems.
• Secure access to and promote products in targeted Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Dermatology teaching institutions, hospitals, and clinics.
• Build enduring business relationships with residents, fellows, attending physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
• Coordinate academic sales approaches with colleagues to optimize sales performance within assigned institutions.
• Develop, implement, and assess strategies for Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Formulate, execute, and evaluate business plans for designated institutions.
• Advocate for collaboration among internal and external stakeholders in the marketplace.
• Maintain accurate call reporting, safe driving practices, expense documentation, effective communication, representation at scientific conventions, and involvement in educational programs.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least eight (8) years of proven success in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales is necessary.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in specialty sales is required.
• A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel, including potential weekend and/or overnight trips, is essential.
• Capability to drive product access, acceptance, and usage in targeted academic accounts.
• Understanding of the process flow for intravenous (IV) and subcutaneous products is crucial.
• Ability to create, implement, and assess strategies for Fellows, Residents, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Skills to develop, implement, and evaluate business plans for assigned institutions are required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across the marketplace, both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in maintaining call reporting, safe driving, expense accounting, and written and verbal communication, along with company representation at scientific conventions and educational programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with reimbursement, payer, provider, and infusion operations.
• Preferred: knowledge of immunology and/or gastroenterology.
• Preferred: experience in managing complex reimbursement challenges.
• Preferred: completion of Management Development courses, experience in project-oriented selling, high-incentive and performance-driven cultures, and documented successful sales records.
• A willingness to learn about AI and emerging technologies is desirable.
