Key Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Implement internal sales goals and enhance account conditions utilizing BBC systems and the sales process.

• Acquire and master knowledge related to the beer industry, brewing techniques, and various BBC product styles.

• Seek out new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships within local/regional multi-unit chains and key accounts.

• Engage in effective verbal and written communication with wholesalers, accounts, and colleagues, including delivering impactful presentations.

• Utilize data to strategize and pinpoint opportunities within the account portfolio.

• Cultivate strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers.

• Assume greater financial/account management responsibilities while gaining valuable experience.

• Establish and develop Goals, Strategies, Objectives, and Tactics for the designated account base.

• Provide service to retailers and wholesalers through regular market travel.

• Be available to work occasional weekends and holidays as required.

• Travel occasionally for meetings and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated results-driven experience in outside sales or within the food & beverage sector.

• A strong competitive drive paired with an assertive and confident demeanor.

• A valid driver's license, a registered and insured vehicle, and the ability to travel to and from accounts consistently.

• Capability to frequently lift and move cases of beer.

• Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and showcase point-of-sale materials regularly.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
