This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customer goals, challenges, and market dynamics.
• Formulate strategic plans to enhance customer interaction and account results.
• Integrate the Johnson & Johnson Oncology portfolio and services into account frameworks.
• Prepare and shape markets for the introduction of new brands, including targeted therapies.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and collaborate with key accounts.
• Execute compliant value solutions to enhance patient care.
• Align and prioritize account strategies with overlapping Johnson & Johnson partners.
• Evaluate and utilize market data to identify business opportunities and set priorities.
• Review regional healthcare quality, delivery, and reimbursement trends.
• Inspire and lead extended team members to boost performance.
• Promote a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience is required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in healthcare sales/account management is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare sector, including key stakeholders and care delivery models.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including overnight stays.
• A valid driver's license within the 50 United States is required.
• Exceptional social, communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to navigate complex accounts and establish relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analyzing intricate quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
• Preferred: three (3) years of experience in Specialty and/or Institutional sales.
• Preferred: two (2) years of experience in large account management.
• Preferred: residing within the designated geography.
• Preferred: experience in Oncology/Hematology large account management and/or sales.
• Preferred: diverse/cross-functional work experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of oncology value-based care models.
• Commitment to exploring emerging technologies such as AI.
• Up to 40% travel, including overnight stays.
