This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales and profit goals within the designated region.
• Create, execute, coordinate, and implement both strategic and tactical business plans for the territory.
• Focus on high-impact opportunities and utilize performance dashboards to promote actionable sales initiatives.
• Conduct analysis of local customers, payers, competition, stakeholders, and sales patterns.
• Identify referring physicians for PYLARIFY and conventional imaging referrals, sharing relevant data with PYLAM partners.
• Establish and negotiate contracts with new imaging clients, enhance product utilization, secure formulary approvals, and renew existing agreements.
• Formulate and follow customer call plans while addressing customer concerns and issues effectively.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients through PYLARIFY education and training, including SNMMI VOICE presentations, in-services, and speaker programs.
• Align account strategies with both regional and national sales goals.
• Onboard and facilitate opportunities for national accounts through first dose administration.
• Promote PYLARIFY in accordance with approved prescribing information.
• Cultivate relationships with PET readers and maintain ongoing communication with key opinion leaders in Nuclear Medicine/Medical Imaging.
• Collaborate with various internal teams, including Marketing, Physician Liaisons, Market Access, Medical Science, Customer Excellence, PMFs, and others.
• Provide market intelligence regarding patient and disease management trends, competing technologies, reimbursement challenges, and product usage.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and address them with the Market Access team.
• Generate sales leads and explore AI demonstration opportunities.
• Uphold a compliant and ethical work environment.
• Report directly to the Nuclear Medicine Regional Sales Director.
• A minimum of 4 years of contracting experience with healthcare organizations.
• Strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to analytically evaluate and communicate business performance, goal achievement, resource distribution, and commercial operations impacting product sales.
• Experience in developing Key Account Plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in conveying complex or technical information to clinical, technical, and non-technical audiences.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results promptly.
• Effective management skills in uncertain environments.
• Strong collaborative skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work alongside experienced technical and commercial professionals.
• Adherence to Ethics and Compliance policies.
• Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist with over 5 years of proven sales success in Nuclear Medicine Diagnostic and Radioligand Therapy is preferred; or over 5 years of experience in urology, oncology, imaging, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, or another complex specialty sales environment.
• Clinical and/or technical knowledge of PET/CT imaging and PET radiopharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience as a speaker for SNMMI or a similar trade organization is preferred.
• Background in conducting live in-services on product utilization is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Market Access and Medical Science Liaisons is preferred.
• This is a field-based remote position requiring regular overnight travel of up to approximately 60% and occasional weekend work.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
