This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary liaison between Lantheus and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to promote and distinguish products as the “gold standard” for PET radiopharmaceuticals, positioning Lantheus as the partner of choice.
• Drive market share growth and boost sales.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships across the territory.
• Create business plans and execution strategies for key imaging centers and referring physicians.
• Engage in pre-call planning and in-call questioning to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and enhance utilization.
• Collaborate with market access support teams to maximize payor contract implementation and satisfaction at imaging centers and hospitals.
• Monitor the performance of the territory plan and communicate outcomes and action steps to cross-functional partners.
• Evaluate competitive market conditions and evolving customer needs; adjust strategy as necessary.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts in accordance with company procedures.
• Accurately and promptly enter interactions into the CRM system.
• Complete and document all assigned training in a timely manner.
• Promote, differentiate, and sell the brand and its products.
• Authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Willing and able to undertake 60% overnight travel.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Office 365 products, CRM systems, and Teams for video conferencing, presentations, and training.
• Experience in selling to physician offices, hospitals, contracting, and billing products, or relevant clinical experience in a healthcare environment.
• Proven success in sales, including developing, organizing, and executing sales plans, achieving and surpassing sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets through prospecting, lead qualification, and negotiations.
• Ability to meet sales objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrated selling capabilities, analytical prowess, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through effective organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, neurology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with PET, nuclear radiopharmaceuticals, and molecular imaging.
• Proven track record of establishing relationships with physicians, referrers, and imaging centers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
