This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with a designated portfolio of key hospital accounts.
• Create and consistently enhance account profiles, strategic plans, stakeholder maps, and engagement approaches.
• Identify clinical, operational, and educational requirements at the account level and develop initiatives that add value.
• Track prescription trends, treatment sequencing, switching behaviors, formulary changes, patient potential, and account dynamics.
• Ensure precise CRM documentation of customer interactions, insights, next steps, stakeholder preferences, and follow-up actions.
• Stimulate demand generation and activate patient profiles through compliant communication of clinical and patient-relevant value propositions.
• Assist in the onboarding of new prescribers and facilitate discussions focused on evidence-based patient profiling.
• Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel engagement strategies across in-person, remote, virtual, email, digital, and non-personal channels.
• Lead account-specific value-added projects from goal setting through execution, review, and impact assessment.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, Marketing, Market Access, FCM, and other cross-functional teams.
• Achieve agreed-upon activity, quality, coverage, frequency, CRM, and account progression KPIs.
• Accurately and promptly report adverse events, medical inquiries, and product complaints.
• Conduct all activities in accordance with Dutch and EU regulations, the CGR code, and company policies.
• Degree in life sciences or comparable professional experience.
• Several years of validated field-based commercial experience in specialty care, ideally in hemato-oncology.
• Proven history of frequent engagement with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and hospital stakeholders through face-to-face, remote, and digital channels.
• Experience managing complex hospital accounts within the Netherlands.
• Capability to secure, maintain, and broaden access to HCPs and hospital stakeholders in access-restricted settings.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing tailored omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Skill in managing accounts in a structured, data-driven approach.
• Background in leading account-level projects or initiatives from insight generation to impact assessment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Force Excellence principles.
• An entrepreneurial, proactive, and performance-driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate account insights into actionable steps and measurable business results.
• Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native) and professional English.
• Valid Dutch driver’s license.
• Direct experience in hematology or oncology is highly preferred.
• Established relationships with Dutch hematology stakeholders, hospital pharmacists, or institutional decision-makers are highly preferred.
• Experience in developing and leading field commercial projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, global setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience contributing to launch, growth, or turnaround scenarios in specialty care is strongly preferred.
