This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage and expand a specified portfolio of dental practices and DSOs, fostering increased Sunbit adoption, application speed, and loan volume.
• Cultivate reliable, long-term relationships with practice owners, DSOs, office managers, treatment coordinators, and front-office personnel.
• Conduct regular monthly and quarterly performance reviews utilizing practice data to showcase achievements, identify opportunities, and align growth strategies.
• Provide training and coaching to office teams to enhance financial presentation skills, optimize Sunbit workflows, and boost patient conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers, the Training Manager, Marketing, and Operations to improve practice performance and territory strategies.
• Implement territory plans that encompass routing, visit frequency, segmentation, and prioritized account focus based on performance trends.
• Oversee CRM management, including activities, notes, scheduling, and account planning for accurate forecasting and business transparency.
• Communicate field insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and partner requirements with leadership to influence product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent Sunbit in a professional manner while assisting dental practices in serving more patients through responsible financing solutions.
• A minimum of 3 years in field sales, account management, or DSO/practice consulting within the dental industry (highly preferred), as well as medical, healthcare, or other in-office services.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a territory and a book of business across dental practices and DSOs.
• A proven history of growing existing accounts through strong relationships, training, data-driven performance discussions, and strategic influence.
• Experience in coaching front-line staff and managers, ideally in a workflow-driven or technology-supported environment.
• Solid business acumen and comfort with performance metrics, including conversion trends, account segmentation, and revenue planning.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; confident in leading trainings, business reviews, and group discussions.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management, pipeline planning, and territory routing skills.
• A self-driven, proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership — someone who excels in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment.
• Availability to travel 50% or more (including overnight trips).
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
