This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Lead a cross-functional team to achieve business outcomes across Albertsons' operations on the west coast.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to address complex customer challenges and meet annual targets.
• Manage direct relationships with customers and business stakeholders for the designated accounts.
• Develop and articulate a vision and strategy that aligns with both long-term and short-term business goals.
• Create and implement joint business planning frameworks in collaboration with customers.
• Facilitate annual planning processes and ensure execution across designated customers and bottlers.
• Achieve topline results, including metrics related to revenue, volume, market share, as well as trade spend and T&E budget performance.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to formulate annual plans.
• Oversee divisional annual negotiations and enhance partnership agreements.
• Develop and execute customer-centric selling strategies, pricing, merchandising, and innovation initiatives.
• Manage account updates and performance reporting, identifying gaps in plans and suggesting corrective measures.
• Cultivate external relationships to enhance brand positioning.
• Engage in customer core teams and regular system routines.
• Work together with Coca-Cola NAOU and bottler customer leads.
• Provide continuous customer-plan updates and opportunities to Advanced Hydration management.
• Offer customer insights to Marketing, Commercial, and Innovation annual strategies.
• Leverage cross-functional resources to enhance customer capabilities.
• Supervise the department's annual T&E budget.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in National Account Management, specifically in developing and executing JBPs with customers.
• Experience in CPG National Account Management is essential.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Phenix, AZ.
• Proficiency in utilizing and analyzing syndicated data to create fact-based narratives is necessary.
• Must be self-driven, highly organized, and possess a strong desire to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to swiftly assess business needs, formulate action plans, and manage necessary changes is required.
• Capacity to effectively engage with a diverse range of business professionals.
• A passion for brand building, product innovation, and sustainable growth is essential.
• A verifiable network of current contacts with relevant buyers and divisional managers is needed.
• Proficient computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of utilizing Nielsen/IRI syndicated data.
• Willingness to travel 30% by car and/or plane is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, with the ability to drive long distances.
• Motor Vehicle Records must comply with Company standards as per the Driving Policy.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring sponsorship from The Coca-Cola Company.
