This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Propel the successful expansion of Qutenza® through a focused, adaptable, and efficient commercial business strategy.
• Provide education to healthcare providers.
• Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with territory objectives and KPIs.
• Interact with C-Suite executives and leadership within complex Integrated Delivery Networks, including DoD, VA, hospital systems, academic institutions, and private practices.
• Utilize CRM systems, data analytics, and organizational tools to uncover opportunities and enhance sales performance.
• Cultivate relationships with executive teams across various locations and evolve accounts into optimized care sites.
• Assist in product accessibility, education, and application training for healthcare providers and their teams.
• Establish and sustain long-term partnerships with essential customers, staff, and national/regional Key External Experts (KEEs).
• Develop influential networks across specialties such as Endocrinology, Pain, Podiatry, Neurology, and others.
• Create Alternate Sites of Care to fulfill account requirements.
• Navigate challenges and prioritize solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Commit to ongoing learning to become an expert in the clinical pain market and share knowledge with peers and cross-functional colleagues.
• Promote transparency, trust, and shared accountability.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated strategic key account management success in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to achieve exceptional sales results through a patient-centric approach.
• Expertise in promoting specialty or buy-and-bill products across various care settings, including clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, and government facilities.
• Experience in pain management, specialty pharmaceutical launches, or biologics.
• Background in buy-and-bill or specialty product promotion, including the use of Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances and embrace innovative ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and payors, within the designated territory.
• High intrinsic motivation and a strong drive for success.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical, business planning, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory based on business requirements.
• Must reside and work within the designated territory.
• Ability to attend all company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Operate in full compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• Incentive compensation target of $55K, contingent upon meeting plan requirements.
