This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Propel the successful advancement of Qutenza® by implementing a Focused, Adaptive, and Efficient commercial business strategy.
• Provide educational support to healthcare providers.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans.
• Engage with C-Suite and executive leadership within complex Integrated Delivery Networks, including DoD, VA, hospital systems, academic centers, and private practices.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with territory objectives and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM systems, data analytics, and organizational tools to pinpoint opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.
• Cultivate relationships with executive teams across various sites to transform accounts into optimized care locations.
• Ensure seamless and continuous access to Qutenza® for eligible patients.
• Offer thorough support on product access, education, and application training for healthcare professionals and their staff.
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers, staff, and national/regional Key Opinion Leaders (KEEs).
• Create influential networks across multiple specialties and develop Alternate Sites of Care to fulfill account requirements.
• Navigate challenges and prioritize solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Commit to ongoing learning to become an expert in the clinical pain market and share insights with colleagues and cross-functional partners.
• Promote transparency, trust, and a shared dedication to organizational success.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in strategic key account management within pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding sales results with a patient-centric focus.
• Expertise in promoting specialty or buy-and-bill products across various care settings (clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities).
• Experience in pain management, specialty pharmaceutical launches, or biologics.
• Background in promoting buy-and-bill or specialty products, including experience with Specialty Pharmacy and HUB services.
• Capacity to adjust to changing situations and embrace innovative ideas.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the unique requirements of healthcare stakeholders (KOLs, payers, etc.) within the assigned territory.
• High intrinsic motivation and a strong drive for success.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient analytical, business planning, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory based on business needs.
• Must reside and work within the designated territory.
• Availability to participate in all company-sponsored events, meetings, and conferences.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Highest standards of ethics, integrity, and trust.
• Operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and professional standards.
• Incentive compensation target of $55K (contingent upon meeting plan requirements).
