This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Maintain and enhance existing facility relationships through proactive customer support.
• Build strong connections with key accounts by recognizing needs, anticipating opportunities, and providing outstanding service.
• Inform facilities about Aria Care Partners' mission, services, and value proposition.
• Act as a reliable resource for facility leadership, residents, and staff.
• Offer interventional assistance for high-priority facilities.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to tackle urgent business and customer service issues.
• Assess facility performance concerns, pinpoint root causes, and create action plans.
• Address complex customer, operational, and service-related challenges.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide training, onboarding, and continuous coaching to Account Managers.
• Guide team members in relationship management, territory planning, customer engagement, and problem-solving.
• Share sales and marketing insights, recommendations, and market intelligence.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer feedback, and competitive research.
• Assist in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage promotional materials and coordinate marketing resources.
• Organize and participate in customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Conduct audits, monitor trends, and identify process enhancements.
• Handle confidential information with care.
• Lead special projects and new initiatives that contribute to organizational objectives.
• Must reside in the United States with easy access to a major airport.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as business needs arise.
• Commitment to extensive travel, averaging 2 to 3 weeks per month.
• Daily travel within assigned territories and considerable overnight travel is required.
• Up to 75% travel, including overnight stays and assignments across multiple states.
• Must be able to respond to urgent facility support requests and travel on short notice when necessary.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of applicable experience in sales, account management, healthcare, or customer service.
• Experience in supporting senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Prior experience in life and health insurance sales is advantageous.
• Current Life and Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain it successfully.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship-building skills are a must.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel schedules, customer requests, and project deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated time management skills are important.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
• Must be capable of extensive travel, including driving, flying, walking through facilities, and standing for long periods as needed.
