Key Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor active shipments during weekend hours, ensuring real-time visibility and service performance.

• Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status, delivery timelines, and operational challenges.

• Refresh customer portals, systems, and shipment records with precise and timely information.

• Organize pickup and delivery schedules while ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.

• Detect, escalate, and resolve service interruptions, delays, load recoveries, and other operational anomalies.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints, delivering prompt solutions and follow-ups.

• Compile and circulate overnight reports, ensuring essential updates and exceptions are conveyed to the daytime operations team.

• Keep accurate documentation and collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and account management within the transportation and logistics industry is preferred.

• Recent graduate from a college or university.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the trucking sector.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
