Kannada Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models on various linguistic scenarios.

• Test advanced language models on topics pertaining to the Kannada language.

• Assess both factual accuracy and logical coherence.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Document instances of model failures.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in the creation of high-quality training data for AI language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Kannada language.

• In-depth understanding of Kannada grammar, syntax, morphology, phonetics, semantics, and pragmatics.

• Capability to analyze verb conjugations, sentence structures, honorifics, word order, regional dialects, script variations, and idiomatic expressions.

• Strong communication skills with a metacognitive approach and the ability to demonstrate your thought process.

• A master's degree or PhD in Kannada language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates a good fit.
