Junior UX/UI Designer – AI-Native Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in project teams alongside seasoned UX, UI, and Strategic Designers.

• Convert briefs, concepts, and user requirements into user flows and interactive prototypes.

• Utilize AI to rapidly explore design solutions.

• Experiment with tools such as Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma Make, Cursor, Claude Code, and other emerging technologies.

• Develop initial clickable versions of flows for discussion and further enhancement.

• Iterate based on feedback from designers and the project team.

• Take into account the overall product behavior, including states, errors, user actions, and edge cases.

• Employ Figma as necessary.

• Integrate AI with UX and UI principles.

• Establish an AI-native design workflow.

• Share tools, experiments, and insights with the team.

• Advance towards independently transforming defined product challenges into interactive solutions.

• Submit a brief English video showcasing an AI-assisted project and current learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some hands-on experience with UX/UI or Product Design through commercial work, internships, freelance projects, university assignments, or personal projects.

• Basic knowledge of UX principles and complete user flows.

• Strong visual perception with an understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and interface design.

• Active interest in leveraging AI to enhance or accelerate the design process.

• Curiosity about how AI is transforming the design landscape.

• Comfortable experimenting with unfamiliar methodologies.

• Quick learner of new tools.

• Open to feedback and willing to present work in progress.

• Capability to articulate design choices.

• Ability to consider post-click user behavior, states, errors, actions, and edge cases.

• Proficient in communicating in English within a project context.

• CV, portfolio, and a brief video application in English required.

• Student status for umowa zlecenie option, if applicable.
