This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +25 more states.
• Transform Sedgwick’s current digital platforms into user-friendly, click-through experiences that enhance sales and training opportunities.
• Develop high-fidelity, code-free prototypes in Axure RP that replicate actual product interactions.
• Create guided software tours utilizing Supademo.
• Design and construct interactive websites or presentations employing no-code tools like Ceros.
• Develop reusable widgets, components, templates, and patterns for demo materials.
• Edit and prepare video content for software demonstrations and digital demo resources.
• Gather, clean, format, and integrate demo data into Axure prototypes.
• Design and simulate intricate, data-driven use cases, encompassing multi-step forms, role-based views, state changes, error handling, and conditional branching.
• Create adaptive layouts suitable for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Conduct internal reviews and walkthroughs to confirm flows and business rules.
• Collect feedback and refine interactions, content, and visual behaviors.
• Collaborate with product management, presales/sales, and creative/UX teams.
• Maintain design libraries, shared resources, and reusable design patterns.
• Update prototype content as product features, UI design, and workflows progress.
• Document interaction rules, component usage, and instructions for demo setup.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Four (4) years of relevant industry experience is required.
• At least one (1) year of experience with Axure RP, including dynamic panels, conditional logic, variables, repeaters, data-driven widgets, and adaptive/responsive views, or a suitable combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in simulating complex, data-driven scenarios is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Exceptional interaction design skills, encompassing clear flows, information hierarchy, and thoughtful micro-interactions.
• Experience in creating and testing interactive prototypes and documenting interaction guidelines.
• Experience in designing and building interactive websites or presentations using Ceros or similar no-code tools.
• Experience in creating user-guided software tours using Supademo.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and non-design stakeholders.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities during walkthroughs and asynchronous updates.
• Familiarity with HTML and front-end development practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.2.
• Proficiency in common design software, including Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Proficiency in both Windows and Mac environments, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
