Junior Support Representative – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison among business units, technical teams, and vendors.

• Ensure that relevant support groups are engaged and oversee the resolution of requests.

• Follow up on pending items, risks, dependencies, and commitments.

• Assist users in navigating support processes, incidents, and service requests.

• Aggregate operational and executive information to aid management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in monitoring operational IT requests.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive approach and a sense of urgency.

• Required language: English or Spanish, with fluency in at least one of these languages.

• High school diploma is mandatory.

• Experience in corporate IT settings is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of ITIL is beneficial.

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
