Junior Support and Maintenance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage tickets within the Movidesk platform, ensuring compliance with first-response and resolution-time SLAs.

• Prioritize tickets based on urgency levels (Urgent, High, Medium, and Low).

• Comprehend customer requirements, collaborate with the Support and Maintenance (SM) team on potential solutions, and thoroughly document all actions taken in the tickets.

• Coordinate with the Development team for maintenance tasks that require modifications to product source code.

• Safeguard customer data hosted in the cloud.

• Conduct manual security backups of the geographic database.

• Evaluate functionalities released by the Development team through testing.

• Set up and configure essential solution software, including the operating system, database, and application server.

• Address customer inquiries regarding the usage of Geopixel Solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technology-related discipline, such as Systems Analysis, Database Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

• Capability to critically analyze system specifications in textual or UML format.

• Familiarity with GIS concepts.

• Basic proficiency in English.

• Understanding of Tomcat.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.

• Familiarity with the PostGIS spatial extension.
