This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with commercial and enterprise sales teams, along with senior engineers, during client interactions and visits.

• Assess technical requirements and showcase solution capabilities.

• Identify customer business needs and align security challenges with solution use cases.

• Provide technical demonstrations and support solution proposals.

• Assist in crafting technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires.

• Aid in managing and executing proof-of-value activities based on customer evaluation criteria.

• Establish rapport with technical contacts and help resolve technical inquiries in coordination with Support.

• Recognize expansion opportunities.

• Support the technical setup and demonstrations for Executive Briefings, customer beta programs, and early adopter initiatives.

• Engage in presales enablement, remain updated on security trends, and share customer insights with Product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, presales support, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical support.

• Foundational knowledge in one or more areas such as Cloud & Virtualization Security; Data Protection & Data Loss Prevention (DLP); Network Security, Web Proxies, or SD-WAN; Workload & Container Security.

• Relevant introductory or intermediate certifications are preferred, including Security+, Network+, AWS/Azure Fundamentals, CCNA, or vendor-specific security certifications.

• Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities.

• Capacity to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.

• Detail-oriented in capturing technical requirements.

• Capability to assist in the accurate creation of Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Strong curiosity, high coachability, and a desire to enhance cybersecurity and presales knowledge.
