Junior Solution Architect, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders while reporting to the Solution Architect Team Lead.

• Assist the Sales team throughout the deal process.

• Connect customer concepts with the Product and Engineering teams.

• Provide knowledge transfer to customers and reselling partners.

• Foster and enhance relationships with customers, partners, and sales teams.

• Engage in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.

• Gain an understanding of customer processes, technical setups, and business challenges.

• Aid in product demonstrations, onboarding activities, and technical training sessions.

• Support Proofs of Concept, pilot projects, and customer deployments.

• Assist in solution design and prepare demo environments alongside technical documentation.

• Validate customer environments and implementation specifications.

• Help with technical troubleshooting in collaboration with senior team members.

• Document insights and contribute to the establishment of best practices.

• Work alongside Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.

• Convert customer requirements into precise technical specifications.

• Relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings.

• Engage in internal knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Gradually assume responsibility for more intricate solution designs and customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Technology, or equivalent education or work experience.

• Capability to clearly communicate technical subjects to diverse audiences.

• A broad interest in information technology topics, particularly in mobile solutions, enterprise software, warehousing, logistics, or industrial settings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites, partner venues, and company events.

• Business proficiency in both German and English.

• Initial professional experience, internships, or academic exposure in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, IT systems, or software/hardware environments is a plus.

• Experience in a logistics or industrial work setting is advantageous.

• Basic scripting or programming experience, such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL, is beneficial.
