This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee designated customer accounts and create account strategies to enhance revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively engage with customers through regular interactions and on-site visits to foster relationships and comprehend their business drivers and challenges.
• Establish and nurture connections with current clients by communicating strategic initiatives and providing status updates.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts, including service engagements, upselling, renewals, and optimizing contracts.
• Evaluate clients' business needs and challenges to formulate account strategies and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with various functions to manage customer opportunities, encompassing services, upselling, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure precise account and forecasting data is maintained in CRM systems.
• Coordinate internal resources to provide customers with sales, marketing, and proposal materials.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with industry and professional organizations.
• Keep informed about industry trends, competitors, and the company's products and services.
• Participate in training programs as directed by management.
• Integrate AI into daily tasks to enhance productivity, minimize manual efforts, verify information against reliable sources, improve processes, and convert data-driven insights into better business outcomes.
• Report to Regional Managing Directors within the Sales organization.
• Promote revenue growth, achieve assigned revenue targets, and ensure long-term client retention.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline with a history of surpassing targets.
• Experience with Finastra products is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
• B2B Sales and/or Account Management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships.
• Strong persistence and follow-up abilities.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently, take ownership and accountability, while motivating individuals and global teams to advance pipeline progression towards closure.
• Ability to engage and demonstrate presence with stakeholders at all levels, challenge, negotiate, influence, and persuade.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and exhibit adaptability.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• In-depth knowledge of the internal operations of financial institutions.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
