Junior Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Employ industry best practices and available tools to gather both functional and non-functional requirements that the upcoming system must fulfill.

• Oversee, guide, and assist developers in utilizing Requirements Management process tools.

• Establish a Common Vocabulary.

• Identify and categorize the system’s essential processes.

• Engage in prototype development.

• Specify report requirements.

• Define records for audit trails.

• Outline the user interface.

• Create and prepare Supplementary Specifications.

• Formulate a Requirements Management Plan.

• Document information classification.

• Compile a glossary of terms.

• Generate a requirements list.

• Develop a system access profile matrix.

• Prepare system notification messages.

• Define functional requirements and use cases.

• Organize the Use-Case Model.

• Facilitate the Requirements Approval Meeting.

• Gather, document, and prioritize initial requirements.

• Maintain business rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related Information Technology area.

• Completed higher education degree in any discipline along with a specialization in Information Technology.

• CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering) certification is preferred.

• IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management with Use Cases certification is preferred.
