This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Drive strategic enhancements and validations within commercial systems to ensure they align with business regulations and optimize operational efficiency.
• Perform functional system testing to validate configurations, ensuring both technical and behavioral adherence to commercial standards.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of products within the system, guaranteeing a competitive, appealing, and well-organized portfolio.
• Develop and organize product briefs that document essential information, commercial regulations, and unique selling points.
• Plan, oversee, and approve marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at boosting the tour operator's visibility, attracting the ideal audience, and generating qualified leads.
• Contribute to the formulation of results-driven sales strategies to enhance commercial outreach.
• Produce spreadsheets, reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for analysis and informed decision-making.
• Examine sales and related data to identify trends, consumption patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Track campaign, portfolio, and sales performance metrics, recommending necessary adjustments.
• Oversee financial indicators associated with supplier contracts, aiding management in decision-making while ensuring agility, compliance, and control in financial processes.
• Manage administrative aspects related to suppliers, ensuring proper workflows and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in operating, querying, configuring, and interpreting booking information, rules, and availability in Infotera, Omnibees, GDS, and NDC systems.
• Proficient in creating basic reports, conducting exploratory analyses, and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Skilled in using formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and conducting comparative analyses.
• Familiarity with contact logging, lead management, and operational analysis in Omni CRM and RD Station.
• Ability to read and communicate technical English and/or Spanish with suppliers and utilize systems as required.
• Understanding of market structure, suppliers, trends, products, and commercial practices.
• Capability to manage interactions with partners and internal teams, enhancing business relationships while maintaining clear and effective communication.
