Junior Regulatory Processes Analyst – Affirmative Action Position for Black Candidates

📋 Description

• Deliver operational assistance to units and learning centers, primarily focusing on ENADE processes.

• Provide support to units, learning centers, and corporate clients regarding project workflows.

• Offer guidance on deadlines, regulations, and operational procedures within the department.

• Maintain open and effective communication with the institution’s stakeholders.

• Assist in planning, drafting, and reviewing communications for corporate teams, units, learning centers, and students.

• Support the administrative and financial management of the department.

• Submit requisitions in the system and oversee payment approval workflows.

• Keep service channels operational and manage incoming requests efficiently.

• Provide timely responses to inquiries.

• Monitor the collection of information, documents, and materials from units, learning centers, and partner departments.

• Encourage alignment of learning centers and units with MEC guidelines for ENADE, Avaliar, the Census, and other projects.
