This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for designated entry- and mid-level positions from initial intake to offer and onboarding.
• Actively develop and manage candidate pipelines utilizing Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, university connections, networking, AI-driven sourcing tools, and other recruitment platforms.
• Evaluate applications and resumes using AI-assisted screening tools as an initial filter while exercising independent human judgment.
• Conduct Zoom interviews and compile comprehensive interview scorecards and evaluations.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, hiring events, and walk-in interview days.
• Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments along with background checks as necessary.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from intake through to offer, managing candidate communications, status updates, follow-ups, and rejections.
• Handle sensitive information, including performance insights, offers, negotiations, and disqualifications, with confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate, audit-ready candidate records and adhere to compliant evaluation and candidate data privacy practices.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, pipeline quality, and recruitment goals.
• Represent SupplyHouse and advocate for its culture at university career fairs and recruitment events.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends, job boards, salary data, and AI-assisted recruiting tools.
• Draft and publish job openings while keeping accurate requisitions in Greenhouse.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation, approvals, pre-boarding, and onboarding transitions.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Manager with recruitment-related tasks and special projects.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead in job kick-off and regular regroup meetings.
• 0-2 years of relevant recruiting or related experience.
• A genuine enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume, process-driven recruiting environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, conduct reference checks, and communicate offers and rejections via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Slack, and MS365, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Applicants must currently possess authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Must be willing to undergo thorough background checks.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment is preferred.
• Familiarity with learning and utilizing AI-assisted recruiting tools such as Greenhouse AI and Claude within established company guidelines and processes is preferred.
