Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate a product vision and strategic direction.

• Utilize user-focused methodologies, including user research and interviews.

• Facilitate ideation sessions and assess the alignment of problems and solutions.

• Create business models and evaluate the product–market alignment.

• Establish product objectives using OKRs.

• Implement UX/UI design principles, information architecture, and wireframing techniques.

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and execute user testing.

• Oversee agile product development methodologies, employing Scrum or Kanban.

• Draft user stories and manage the backlog, roadmaps, and planning workflows.

• Organize and coordinate workflows and product releases.

• Identify KPIs and establish event tracking mechanisms.

• Evaluate funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics.

• Conduct software testing and report bugs.

• Leverage Google Analytics and Looker Studio for insights.

• Engage in career coaching, job research, application preparation, and interview/case practice.

• Recommended proficiency in German at a minimum of B2 level.
