Junior Pre-Sales Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and cultivate business opportunities utilizing both inbound and outbound strategies.

• Connect potential customers with Themis, aiding in new business creation for the sales team.

• Initiate contact with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, ensuring prompt response times.

• Actively prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, adhering to established cadences.

• Research and outline law firms and corporate legal departments that fit Themis’s ideal customer profile (ICP).

• Recognize the pain points, challenges, and operational context of potential customers.

• Conduct the preliminary qualification of opportunities based on the sales team’s criteria.

• Arrange demo meetings for sales executives.

• Log and update interactions and details in the CRM, maintaining an organized pipeline.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of prospecting lists.

• Track productivity and conversion metrics.

• Engage in training related to the product, the legal market, and prospecting methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience: background in pre-sales (BDR or SDR) within a technology firm, with no minimum time requirement, or experience in inbound or outbound sales.

• Understanding of consultative sales techniques.

• Experience in prospecting through LinkedIn, phone, or email.

• Proficiency in qualifying leads across multiple channels.

• Familiarity with SPIN Selling and BANT methodologies.

• Capability to conduct discovery discussions.

• Experience in a LawTech/LegalTech firm is advantageous.

• Background in legal operations is a bonus.

• Experience in B2B inbound and outbound operations is a plus.
