Junior Online Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will support our marketing team across various channels, learning the tools from the ground up while gradually taking on your own responsibilities.

• You will aid in executing campaigns, developing content, and conducting analyses — gaining a thorough understanding of online marketing.

• You will assist in creating posts, advertisements, and copy using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI technologies.

• You will track key metrics, compile basic reports, and learn to accurately interpret data.

• You will research trends, competitors, and target audiences and share your findings with the team.

• You will become acquainted with essential tools — from Ads Manager and SEO instruments to automation platforms.

• As you progress, you'll take ownership of specific areas and develop a specialization that aligns with your interests.
